1The service we provide

SpinMeetCam is random video matching that runs entirely in the browser: two adults are paired into a private room with video, voice and text, and skip, block and report stay on screen for the whole call. Starting out costs nothing; coins can extend a session you are enjoying. We may add, tune or retire features over time, and these terms apply to the service in whatever form it takes.

One clarification about identity: SpinMeetCam, at spinmeetcam.com, is an independent product. It is not spinmeet.com, has no connection to SpinMeet, and is not tied to any other chat brand referenced on this site for comparison.

2You must be an adult

The service is strictly 18 and over — or the age of majority in your country if that is higher. Every use of SpinMeetCam is a declaration that you meet that bar. Minors are not knowingly served; an account we have reasonable grounds to link to anyone underage is closed at once and reported to the authorities where required.

3How to behave in a room

It comes down to one idea: there is a real person on the other side of the camera. Specifically, you must not:

• Do anything unlawful while broadcasting yourself, or use a room to set it up
• Abuse, intimidate or degrade another user, hate speech included
• Act in a sexually explicit way, or pressure your match in that direction
• Capture, save or pass around images or recordings of anyone you meet
• Impersonate another person to mislead your match
• Run bots or scripts against the service, or use rooms for ads and solicitation

Break these badly or often and access ends for good. Every report is read by a human moderator, and serious bans attach to the person behind the account.

4Coins: one-time bundles, no subscriptions

Coins are digital items that live inside SpinMeetCam — not money, with no cash-out, no transfers between users and no use anywhere else. All prices are shown on screen before payment, bundles are bought once and never renew automatically, and paying confirms the payment method belongs to you.

Purchases are final and cannot be reversed, except where consumer law gives you rights we have no power to waive. Unused coins disappear when an account is deleted or closed for misconduct. Charged without receiving coins, or charged twice? Write to [email protected] and it gets corrected.

5No promises we cannot keep

The service is offered "as is" and "as available". Matching is engineered for speed, but outages happen and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Strangers are not pre-screened, so judgment during a call stays with you — skip, block and report are always one tap away. As far as applicable law permits, indirect damages arising from use of the service are not ours to bear.

6Losing access

Violating these terms can bring suspension or permanent closure, with or without notice depending on severity, and unlawful conduct may be referred to law enforcement. Leaving is just as simple — nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel, and registered users can delete the account in settings.

7When these terms change

New versions appear on this page with a fresh date, and continuing to use SpinMeetCam afterwards counts as acceptance. Any clause that seems unclear can go to [email protected].
